Buildings we decorate
Schools and colleges
Schools, colleges and universities, with the work planned around term times.

Walls, ceilings, steelwork, cladding and floors, with airless spray finishes for large areas.
Warehouses and industrial unitsCommercial painting and decorating in one team
Our decorators paint walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors and frames, inside and out. Our sprayers cover the large areas and the specialist work, so you have one contractor for the painting, decorating and spraying on a job.
When a job needs sanding, we use dustless sanding technology. The dust is drawn away at the sander as it's made, so far less of it gets into the air or settles on your building.
How we work
Painters are usually the last trade on site, so the programme is often tight by the time we arrive. We plan for that, and we finish.
Safety first
Safety is our priority. We complete RAMS and COSHH assessments on site, in line with health and safety law, and we're CHAS accredited.
A clear record of every job
Every job runs through our own digital system, so you get a clear record of the work, not just our word for it. We pinpoint all of our work on the building's plans, our team take photos on site as the work goes on, and we know who last worked in each area. Our clients get a daily update from it too. It saves everyone hours of admin, and it's there for health and safety as well.
Six month guarantee
Every job is covered by our six month workmanship guarantee. Read the guarantee

We're an accredited Living Wage Employer, so our staff are paid at least the real Living Wage.

How to send us a tenderQuestions we get asked
What does a commercial decorator do?
We paint and decorate buildings that businesses and organisations use: offices, schools, colleges, universities, care homes, shops, hospitality venues, housing and industrial sites. That covers walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors and frames, inside and out.
Are commercial painters and commercial decorators the same thing?
Yes. Most people use the two names for the same trade. We're commercial painters and decorators, and we also spray, so one team can cover the painting, decorating and spraying on a job.
Can you decorate while our building is in use?
Yes. We plan the work around how your building is used, including schools around term times and care homes with low odour, water-based paints indoors.
Do you work for main contractors?
Yes. We work for main contractors, housing providers, facilities managers and businesses. Send the tender package to tenders@trinitypaintworks.com and we'll price it.
Is sanding messy?
When a job needs sanding, we use dustless sanding technology. The dust is drawn away at the sander as it's made, so far less of it gets into the air or settles on your building.
Which accreditations do you hold?
We're a Constructionline Gold member (registration 1439221), CHAS accredited at Standard level (membership 168619), an accredited Living Wage Employer and registered with CITB (registration 5198182).
Where do you work?
From our base in Warrington across the North of England and the Midlands, and on larger projects anywhere in the UK.
Are you insured?
We hold £10 million public liability and £10 million employers' liability insurance.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Every job is covered by our six month workmanship guarantee.
